Check out this GPS upgrade we just got done with in a 2012 Ford F250. This new radio adds not only navigation, but SiriusXM satellite radio, HD Radio and a DVD player. It also has built in bluetooth for handsfree phone calling and audio streaming, iPod audio and video control and so much more. But probably the coolest thing about this system is how it retains the Ford Sync system because it is miles ahead of anything else on the market. check out the pics below and the video above to see what I mean.

Here are some of the Sync features that this system retains.
Fully customizable gauge panel.
Vehicle information screen showing tire pressure and battery voltage.
It even shows if a door is open and gives you the ability to reset Check Engine lights that pop up.
Full functionality of the steering wheel controls is also retained.
