Handcrafted in Chandler has been a specialist in marine audio since our founding in 2007. Our team knows that one of the best ways to improve a leisurely day on the water is with some great-sounding music. We have assembled a range of cutting-edge electronics, and when coupled with our reference-standard installations, ensures your stereo system will give you great enjoyment for years to come.
Marine Audio Starts with a Consultation
Right from the start, Handcrafted is different from the competition. When you contact us, one of our staff will set a time to get together with you and your boat. We will look it over with you and listen as you explain how you spend a typical day on it. We also will discuss our time-tested ideas, so we can design a solution that best fits your unique needs. What we won’t do is use lots of technical jargon or part numbers, but rather, we talk about how our solution will benefit you. Isn’t that how it’s supposed to be?
When it comes to choosing equipment for our clients, the first thing to know is we use only marine-grade audio equipment from the finest manufacturers. As our reputation has grown over the years, we have been blessed with the opportunity to work with the best brands in the business. Our team spends hundreds of hours on researching and testing equipment to ensure our clients get the best-value, longest-lasting products on the water.
Many companies will use car audio products in their marine installations to save a client some money . Unfortunately, this creates a much larger expense in the long run since the harsh conditions of a boat will destroy typical car audio gear in no time. Rest assured, that will never happen around here.
Lots of Different Solutions
Our company serves a wide range of clients when it comes to upgrading marine audio systems. Some folks come to us to replace broken or outdated equipment, and all they want is some basic tunes while on the water – we can surely help.
Where we truly differentiate ourselves is in larger audio upgrades where your boat becomes the life of the party. If you enjoy watersports, our tower speakers, custom subwoofer systems and powerful amplifiers will let you hear your music clear as day while you are in the water. Would you like to have the stereo system divided up into different zones? Maybe one zone for the cabin, one for the captain and another for people off the boat? We can handle that for you.
Installations that Will Stand the Test of Time
If there is one area that is critically important to your boat’s audio system, it is the installation. Our installers only use marine-grade plywood, plastic and stainless steel hardware for all our installations. Doing things like soldering and heat-shrinking connections is standard fare for us. We neatly loom and securely mount all wire runs to allow easy servicing in the future. Taking into account current draw of your new stereo, we design extra batteries and an isolator to give you the confidence that your boat will start after you have enjoyed a wonderful day on the water.
In short, everything we do is designed for ease of use, long-lasting durability and incredible sound quality. If you have a boat that was worked on previously and never met your needs, come see us. Our team has fixed and upgraded many watercraft systems that were not done properly the first time.
Extreme Care Given while in our Possession
While your boat is in our care, it will stay safe and secure inside our install bay. When we work on your boat, we promise to give it back to you in the same condition we received it. We use our own boat protection package that includes draping moving blankets over all upholstery and, of course, no shoes on the boat.
