A lot of times, owners of new model vehicles have to wait to have their favorite aftermarket goodies installed because installation parts have not been developed for that vehicle just yet. But, when you have an award winning fabrication shop, you wait for no one! This particular vehicle uses a very popular dash design called Corporate Panel, in which the radio screen and buttons are integrated into a panel that is separate from the radio itself. So, we were able to separate the different parts of the dash bezel from each other to allow us to rebuild the center section to fit the Kenwood radio, remove the buttons that were on the side of the factory radio, and rewrap the lower section so that it maintains a uniform look. I gotta say, we had fun with this one and are very please with how it turned out. Just wait to see what we do to this truck next!
