The 3 most important things to consider if you want to get better sound in your vehicle:
- The real problem – Is the source of the problem with your sound blown speakers or maybe just a lack of power? Do you find yourself boosting your radios EQ to try to make it give you the output you are looking for? The simple truth is that, if your existing speakers are not blown, all you really need is more power than what your radio can give them so that they produce the output you want naturally, without forcing it with an EQ. Makes sense right?
- Future planning – When designing a sound system, one of the biggest pitfalls is not accounting for future upgrades. This will often result in having to install additional equipment down the road or even being left with used equipment on your hands that you have to find a use for, neither are desirable outcomes. Part of our whole approach is to figure out what the finish line is for you, so that we know that if your trip is going to be broken into 3 legs, we can make proper recommendations at each stop.
- Matching your needs – We make every attempt to maximize your budget with the best products and services in the Valley. To do that, we may make recommendations to leave this out for now or scale that back a little bit, all based off of how you tell us you will use the system. So, it is very important to not sell yourself short about what you really need your new system to do, this way we can be sure to not only meet your expectations but exceed them.
Having great products is one thing…
Knowing how to install them correctly makes all the difference in the world! When it comes to installing your audio upgrade, we don’t leave anything to chance. Our amplifier installation exceeds your expectations by running new wire from the amplifier mounting location, directly to the speakers rather than taking the factory wire run. This cuts down on total run length and increases the size of the wire feeding current to your speakers which is beneficial much like putting out a fire with a fire hose instead of a harden hose! But we don’t stop there, because your amplifier installation is not done until it is tuned right? To do this, we use an oscilloscope to verify that the amplifier is producing as much clean power as it can, allowing us to guarantee your product against premature failure. If you do decide to upgrade your speakers, we solder our terminals, seal the speaker to the door with open cell foam and even apply sound deadener behind the speaker to stop vibrations. We may not be the cheapest by a long shot, but we are the best, by even longer!
